  Easily track repairs with these tags. Give one part to customer, keep one with product. Makes for easy pick up and claim ticket all in 1 tag. Repair Tag size is 5 1/4" x 2 5/8" (size #6 tag). Tags are made on tough and durable 13 point cardstock and come with a fiber patch to prevent tearing around hole. Tags come pre-strung with elastic string.
